My stay at Dickson Street Inn was fantastic, with a perfect location in the heart of Fayetteville. The hospitality was warm, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. However, I did notice that the hideaway bed could use a new mattress, which might affect some guests. Overall, it was a good experience that I plan to repeat.

My stay at Dickson Street Inn was a mix of pros and cons. While the location was fantastic—just a quick walk to the bars and restaurants—and the breakfast was tasty (I especially loved the fresh fruit), I encountered some issues with noise that disrupted my experience. The sound between rooms was problematic, and the lack of a closet was inconvenient. Overall, it had its charm but there's room for improvement.

The room I was in felt more like a mini flat, which I appreciated, but it was quite noisy due to the connections to neighboring rooms.

I found the service to be decent, with responsive communication via texts and email, but I missed the personal touch you'd expect from a bed and breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at the Dickson Street Inn. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from great dining and entertainment, and the cozy rooms had a charming atmosphere. However, the breakfast options left much to be desired, as they weren't hot and were quite limited. Overall, it’s a pretty good choice, but a bit more focus on the dining experience would really enhance the stay.
